2.On-siteService
UnderOn-SiteService,aServiceProviderwilleitherrepairorexchangethe
productatyourlocation.Youmustprovideasuitableworkingareatoallow
disassemblyandreassemblyoftheproduct.Somerepairsmayneedtobe
completedataservicecenter.Ifso,theServiceProviderwillsendtheproductto
theservicecenteratitsexpense.
3.CourierorDepotService
UnderCourierorDepotService,yourproductwillberepairedorexchangedata
designatedservicecenter,withshippingattheexpenseoftheServiceProvider.
Youareresponsiblefordisconnectingtheproductandpackingitinashipping
containerprovidedtoyoutoreturnyourproducttoadesignatedservicecenter.A
courierwillpickupyourproductanddeliverittothedesignatedservicecenter.
Theservicecenterwillreturntheproducttoyouatitsexpense.
4.CustomerCarry-InService
UnderCustomerCarry-InService,yourproductwillberepairedorexchanged
afteryoudeliverittoadesignatedservicecenteratyourriskandexpense.After
theproducthasbeenrepairedorexchanged,itwillbemadeavailabletoyoufor
collection.Ifyoufailtocollecttheproduct,theServiceProvidermaydisposeof
theproductasitseest,withnoliabilitytoyou.
5.Mail-InService
UnderMail-InService,yourproductwillberepairedorexchangedatadesignated
servicecenterafteryoudeliveritatyourriskandexpense.Aftertheproduct
hasbeenrepairedorexchanged,itwillbereturnedtoyouatLenovo’sriskand
expense,unlesstheServiceProviderspeciesotherwise.
6.CustomerTwo-WayMail-InService
UnderCustomerTwo-WayMail-InService,yourproductwillberepairedor
exchangedafteryoudeliverittoadesignatedservicecenteratyourriskand
expense.Aftertheproducthasbeenrepairedorexchanged,itwillbemade
availabletoyouforreturnshippingatyourriskandexpense.Ifyoufailtoarrange
returnshipment,theServiceProvidermaydisposeoftheproductasitseest,
withnoliabilitytoyou.
