UnderCustomerTwo-WayMail-InService,yourproductwillberepairedor

exchangedafteryoudeliverittoadesignatedservicecenteratyourriskand

expense.Aftertheproducthasbeenrepairedorexchanged,itwillbemade

availabletoyouforreturnshippingatyourriskandexpense.Ifyoufailtoarrange

returnshipment,theServiceProvidermaydisposeoftheproductasitseest,

withnoliabilitytoyou.

7.ProductExchangeService

UnderProductExchangeService,Lenovowillshipareplacementproducttoyour

location.Y ouareresponsibleforitsinstallationandvericationofitsoperation.

Thereplacementproductbecomesyourpropertyinexchangeforthefailed

product,whichbecomesthepropertyofLenovo.Y oumustpackthefailedproduct

intheshippingcartoninwhichyoureceivedthereplacementproductandreturnit

toLenovo.Transportationcharges,bothways,shallbeatLenovo’sexpense.If

youfailtousethecartoninwhichthereplacementproductwasreceived,youmay

beresponsibleforanydamagetothefailedproductoccurringduringshipment.

YoumaybechargedforthereplacementproductifLenovodoesnotreceivethe

failedproductwithinthirty(30)daysofyourreceiptofthereplacementproduct.
