Whenyouinstallanewharddiskdrive,youalsoneedasetofProductRecoverydiscs.ThesetofProduct
Recoverydiscswillenablethecontentsoftheharddisktoberestoredtothesamestateaswhenthe
computerwasoriginallyshippedfromthefactory.Formoreinformationonrecoveringfactory-installed
software,referto“Recoveringsoftware”intheUserGuide.
1.Removetheleft-sideandright-sidecovers.See“Removingthecovers”onpage70.
2.Disconnectthesignalandpowercablesfromtherearoftheharddiskdrive.
3.Removethetwoscrewsthatsecurethedriveoneachside.
