1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,disconnectall
powercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtotheserver.
2.Removetheservercover.See“Removingtheservercover”onpage85.
3.Laytheserveronitssideforeasieroperation.
4.IfaPCIcardbracketassemblyisinstalledinyourserver,removethePCIcardbracketassembly.See

5.LocatetheEthernetcard.See“Systemboardcomponents”onpage48.
