Followthefollowingrulestoensuregeneralsafety:
• Observeagoodhousekeepingintheareawherethemachinesareputduring
andafterthemaintenance.
• Whenliftinganyheavyobject:
1. Makesurethatyoucanstandsafelywithoutslipping.
2. Distributetheweightoftheobjectequallybetweenyourfeet.
3. Useaslowliftingforce.Nevermovesuddenlyortwistwhenyouattempt
toliftit.
4. Liftitbystandingorpushingupwithyourlegmuscles;thisactioncould
avoidthestrainfromthemusclesinyourback.Donotattempttoliftany
objectthatweighsmorethan 16kg(35lb)orthatyouthinkistooheavyfor
you.
• Donotperformanyactionthatcauseshazardstothecustomer,orthatmakes
themachineunsafe.
• Beforeyoustartthemachine,makesurethatotherservicerepresentatives
andthecustomerarenotinahazardousposition.
• Pleaseremovecoversandotherpartsinasafeplace,awayfromallpersonnel,
whileyouareservicingthemachine.
• Keepyourtoolcaseawayfromwalkareassothatotherpeoplewillnottripit
over.
• Donotwearlooseclothingthatcanbetrappedinthemovingpartsofthe
machine.Makesurethatyoursleevesarefastenedorrolledupaboveyour
elbows.Ifyourhairislong,fastenit.
• Inserttheendsofyournecktieorscarfinsideclothingorfastenitwiththe
nonconductiveclip,about8centimeters(3inches)fromtheend.
• Donotwearjewelry,chains,metal‐frameeyeglasses,ormetalfastenersfor
yourclothing.
Attention:Metalobjectsaregoodelectricalconductors.
• Wearsafetyglasseswhenyouarehammering,drilling,soldering,cutting
wire,attachingsprings,usingsolvents,orworkinginanyotherconditions
thatmaybehazardoustoyoureyes.
• Afterservice,reinstallallsafetyshields,guards,labels,andgroundwires.
Replaceanysafetydevicethatiswornordefective.
• Reinstallallcoverscorrectlybeforereturningthemachinetothecustomer.
• Fanlouversonthemachinehelptopreventtheoverheatingofinternal
components.Donotobstructfanlouversorcoverthemwithlabelsor
stickers.
