arrangereturnshipment,the ServiceProvidermaydisposeoftheproductas

itseesfit,withnoliabilitytoyou.

ProductExchangeService

UnderProductExchangeService,Lenovowillshipareplacementproductto

yourlocation.Youareresponsibleforitsinstallationandverificationofits

operation.Thereplacementproductbecomesyourpropertyinexchangefor

thefailedproduct,whichbecomesthepropertyofLenovo.Youmustpack

thefailedproductintheshipping

cartoninwhichyoureceivedthe

replacementproductandreturnittoLenovo.Transportationcharges,both

ways,shallbeatLenovo’sexpense.Ifyoufailtousethecartoninwhichthe

replacementproductwasreceived,youmayberesponsibleforanydamage

tothefai ledproductoccurringduringshipment.

Youmaybechargedforthe

replacementproductifLenovodoesnotreceivethefailedproductwithin

thirty(30)daysofyourreceiptofthereplacementproduct.
