• Four-years, customer carry-in repair service. This offering is valid from the

purchase date of the ThinkPlus, runs concurrently with the warranty period of the

machine type, and for an additional 12 months after the warranty period ends.

• Five-years, on-site repair service with a next business day response target

including HDD/SSD retention. This offering is valid from the purchase date of the
