USBproblems
Symptom:TheUSBconnectorscannotbeaccessed.
Actions:
•MakesurethattheUSBcableissecurelyconnectedtotheUSBconnectorandtotheUSBdevice.Ifthe
USBdevicehasitsownpowercord,makesurethatitisattachedtoaproperlygroundedelectricaloutlet.
•IftheUSBdevicehasitsownOn/Offswitch,makesurethatitisintheOnposition.
•IftheUSBdevicehasanOnlineswitch,makesurethatitisintheOnlineposition.
•IftheUSBdeviceisaprinter,makesurethatpaperisloadedcorrectly.
•MakesureanydevicedriversorothersoftwaresuppliedwiththeUSBdeviceiscorrectlyinstalled.
RefertothedocumentationfortheUSBdevice.
•ResetthedevicebydetachingandreattachingtheUSBconnector.
