•IfyouremovetheTMMPremium,theiKVMfunctionforserverremotemanagementwillbeunavailable.
•UseanydocumentationthatcomeswiththeTMMPremiumandfollowthoseinstructionsinadditionto
theinstructionsinthistopic.
•Dependingonthemodel,yourservermightlookslightlydifferentfromtheillustrationinthistopic.
ToremovetheTMMPremium,dothefollowing:
1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,disconnectall
powercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtotheserver.
2.Iftheserverisinstalledinarackcabinet,removetheserverfromtherackcabinetandplaceitonaflat,
clean,andstatic-protectivesurface.SeetheRackInstallationInstructionsthatcomeswiththeserver.
3.Removetheservercover.See“Removingtheservercover”onpage87.
4.LocatetheTMMPremiumconnectoronthesystemboardandthenlifttheTMMPremiumstraight
uptoremoveitfromtheconnector.
