–Iftheproblempersist,followthesolutioninthe
followingproblem“Thescreenisunreadableor
distorted.”
–PressFn+F2toconrmwhethertheLCDscreenhas
beenturnedoff.

•Thedisplaydevicedriverisinstalledcorrectly.
•Thescreenresolutionandcolorqualityarecorrectly
set.
•Themonitortypeiscorrect.
Incorrectcharactersappearonthescreen.Didyouinstalltheoperatingsystemorapplication
programcorrectly?Iftheyareinstalledandcongured
correctly,havethecomputerserviced.
