Solution:Dothefollowing:
–PressF6tobringuptheimage.
–Ifyouareusingtheacpoweradapter,orusingthebatteryandthePowerManagerbatterygauge
showsthatthebatteryisnotdepleted,pressF8tomakethescreenbrighter.
–Ifyourcomputerisinsleepmode,pressFntoresumefromthesleepmode.
–Iftheproblempersists,followthesolutionforthefollowingproblem.
•Problem:Thescreenisunreadableordistorted.
Solution:Ensurethat:
–Thedisplaydevicedriverisinstalledcorrectly.
–Thescreenresolutionandcolorqualityarecorrectlyset.
–Themonitortypeiscorrect.
Tocheckthesesettings,dothefollowing:
1.Right-clickonthedesktop,andclickPersonalize.
2.ClickDisplayattheleft.
3.SelectChangedisplaysettings.Checkwhetherthescreenresolutioniscorrectlyset.
4.ClickAdvancedSettings.
5.ClicktheAdaptertab.
6.Ensurethatthecorrectdevicedrivernameisshownintheadapterinformationwindow.
Note:Thedevicedrivernamedependsonthevideochipthathasbeeninstalledonyourcomputer.
7.ClickthePropertiesbutton.Ifyouarepromptedforanadministratorpasswordorconrmation,type
thepasswordorprovideconrmation.ChecktheDevicestatusboxandensurethatthedeviceis
workingcorrectly.Ifnot,clicktheTroubleshootbuttonandfollowtheinstructionsonthescreen.
8.ClicktheMonitortab.Checkwhetherthecolorqualityiscorrectlyset,andensurethattheother
informationalsoiscorrect.
