•Neverremovethedrivewhilethecomputerisoperating,insleepmode,orinhibernationmode.

Toreplacetheharddiskdriveorsolid-statedrive,dothefollowing:

1.Turnoffthecomputer;thendisconnecttheacpoweradapterandallcablesfromthecomputer.

2.Closethecomputerdisplay,andturnthecomputerover.

3.Unlockthebottomcoverlatchbyslidingittotheunlockedposition1.Thenremovethebottomcover2.

4.Removethescrews1,andthenslidetheharddiskdriveorsolid-statedriveout.

Note:EnsurethatyouareusingaproperTorxscrewdrivertoremovetheTorxscrew2.
